I really wanted to like this, but the texture just wasn’t what I expected. It got kind of weird once I used it, and my hair started feeling dry quickly. I also didn’t feel like there was much care or attention behind the experience, more like I was just another ticket number than an actual customer.

so I had to email them twice before anyone got back to me. They were nice enough, but they didn’t really solve the problem and mostly just kept sending the same info again. It was kind of frustrating

At first, I was really happy with it because the hair looked nice during the first week. But after just a few washes, it started shedding a lot and got thin quickly. I expected it to hold up much better, especially for the price. I wasn’t expecting it to last forever, but I definitely thought I’d get more use out of it. Disappointing overall.

I ordered the shade that looked closest to mine online, but when it arrived it was much warmer and darker than the pictures made it seem. The hair itself felt fine, but the color match was just not right at all, so I ended up having to pay extra to get it fixed. I also got stuck going back and forth with support, basically repeating the same issue without getting a clear solution, which made the whole thing more frustrating

Shipping was okay overall, just not especially fast. I placed the order earlier in the week while I was trying to get a few errands done before the weekend, so I was checking the tracking more than I probably needed to. The updates were kind of slow, and for a bit I wasn’t really sure when it was actually going to show up.

The package did arrive in good condition, so no real issue there. I just wish the delivery updates had been a little clearer or more consistent, because it left me guessing for a couple days
